On September 24, 2008, the Lord put on my heart a mission that I have been passionately pursuing ever since. I was alone in my room surfing the internet and stumbled upon a website design advertisement. On impulse, I decided to create my own website with an idea that light up inside my brain. I called the website “Kingdom Agents” after a sermon I had heard about Kingdom seekers. The Lord gave me an idea about making this website a social networking site in which Christ followers can gather together to share in their joys and sorrows as one body through the communication of the internet. I had no intentions of this website becoming a company. Two weeks later my girl friend visited me and I showed her the website. Upon seeing it, she shared my enthusiasm for it and encouraged me to pursue this idea. She said, “God has given you something great here. I think you should start your own company.” After hearing that strong statement, I began to doubt. I thought there was no way I could do that. I began to pray and fast for God’s direction. I had to ask the Lord if this was really what he wanted. I spoke with my spiritual mentor in Nigeria. What he told me was astounding. Before even explaining the situation to him, he knew everything about my idea and my fasting. The Lord had spoken to him about the website. I knew instantly that the Lord was nudging me to continue pursuing the website. The next issue dealt with finding a web designer. I couldn’t do this website on my own. The problem was that web designers are extremely expensive and as a college student, I did not have many funds to spare. I approached a web designer and because of God’s grace, they allowed me to start the webpage with the little funds I had. It was truly a miracle. There is no doubt in my mind that the Lord wanted me to start this website from the moment he sparked the idea in my heart. It is my desire to continue serving the Lord in this way and bringing a whole new audience to Kingdom Agents by spreading the Good News of Christ.
